Part 2 offenses include drug crimes, simple assault, fraud, vandalism, and other non-Part-1 offenses. Cincinnati's public crime data does not expose drug-specific offense labels (they are redacted for privacy); 'Part 2' is the closest available proxy for drug and related crimes. Uses COUNT(DISTINCT incident_no) to count actual incidents, not reports. Data sourced from the CPD STARS Category Offenses dataset (on or after 6/3/2024).
