Measures the number of distinct property crime incidents (not reports) over time. Uses COUNT(DISTINCT case_id) to count unique incidents, since one incident can generate multiple offense charge rows. Property crimes include: Burglary, Larceny/Theft, Stolen Vehicle (Motor Vehicle Theft), and Arson. Data sourced from the DPD Records Management System (RMS), updated daily. Incident date (incident_occurred_at) is used rather than report date for accurate time series.
